Returned Goods
A full refund will be given on any notified faulty goods if returned to us in the original packaging unsoiled within 7 days of receipt. Other goods may be exchanged with prior agreement providing the return postage and postage for the replacement is paid. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 7 days, soiled goods or goods not in the original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage and remember to enclose the invoice that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.
Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
